How long does setup take?

Most users fit and calibrate in seconds; support levels are easily fine‑tuned per person and task.

Does it require charging?

No batteries required—consistent mechanical assist, every shift.

How do you clean it?

For best hygiene, each user should have their own Softgoods set, which includes a personal harness and a set of arm cups. Make sure to wash your Softgoods regularly and wipe down the FlexFrames before each shift to prevent the spread of germs between users. For more information, please refer to the manual included in the box.

What sizes are available?

Skelex is available in Small and Regular models.

Small: fits users 1.50–1.75m tall
Regular: fits users 1.75–2.05m tall

Both models use the same adjustable hip belt, suitable for waist sizes 60–126cm (24–50in), with added elastic for comfort.

For example, we fitted a Skelex 360 Regular on User A, who is 194cm tall and weighs 125kg. There was still about 15cm of extra space on the waist, and the elastic section was not stretched. In other words, there was still plenty of room left.

How light is it?

The Skelex 360 is only 2.85kg.

What is it made of?

The Skelex 360 has a stainless steel frame, EVA foam padding, nylon webbing, and a polyester nylon chest strap.
